In-stock dolls ship from our United States warehouse within 1 business day and arrive in 3–7 business days. Made-to-order dolls are produced in 2–3 weeks and dispatched by air express.
We ship via FedEx, UPS and DHL with full tracking and customs documentation handled by us. Door-to-door delivery; no signature required in most regions.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East (select countries) and Russia (via CDEK).
We are unable to ship to most of Africa, India, and countries where adult products are prohibited by law. Contact us if unsure.
Shipping is free worldwide. Import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient — we declare accurately and discreetly as "silicone sculpture / mannequin" within legal requirements.
You will receive your tracking number by email the moment your doll leaves the warehouse, along with an estimated delivery window.
