Every DuskDoll is made from medical-grade platinum-cure silicone — never TPE. Silicone is non-porous, far more durable, easier to clean, and holds sculpted detail far longer than TPE.
Is implanted hair really standard?
Yes. Every head comes with individually hand-planted hair at no extra charge — a feature most brands sell as a paid upgrade.
What is a gear-lock (EVO) skeleton?
Our skeletons use geared joints that lock firmly into any position without sagging. Shoulders shrug, the waist bends, elbows and knees articulate naturally — and poses stay exactly where you place them.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock dolls from our US warehouse arrive in 3–7 business days. Made-to-order dolls require 2–3 weeks of production plus 5–10 days of shipping, depending on customization. You will receive tracking information the moment your doll ships.
How is the package packaged? Is it discreet?
Absolutely. Every doll ships in a plain, unmarked cardboard box. There is no branding, no product description, and no indication of the contents anywhere on the packaging.
Can I customize my doll?

Will I see photos of my exact doll before it ships?
Yes. Before every shipment we send you photographs of your exact doll for approval. If anything is not perfect, we remake it. What you approve is what arrives.
