Factory-Photo Approval — Problems Prevented

Before every order ships, we photograph your exact doll and send the photos to you for approval. If anything is not perfect, we remake it before dispatch. This is why issues after delivery are extremely rare.

30-Day Defect Coverage

If your doll arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or video. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion — including return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, intimate products that have been delivered generally cannot be returned simply for change of mind. If your doll has not yet entered production, we can cancel for a full refund or store credit. Once production has begun, cancellation is possible minus material costs already incurred — contact us and we will always seek the fairest outcome.
